Some Local Authorities require the GP to have access to your full medical records when completing the medical – you will need to request these from your GP surgery who are obliged to supply them to you, we can assist you with requesting them.
Medical examinations can be done at either of our High Wycombe or Marlow locations, and we have appointments available same and next day.
Before booking please do double check that your local authority allows GPs other than your own GP to complete the medical.
